Booking policy

Straight terms for every rental on Old Hickory Lake. Call or text 615.998.9888 if you have a question we did not cover here.

Deposit

A $100 plus tax refundable deposit is required to hold any time slot. The deposit is refunded after the rental if the equipment is returned in the same condition and the rental ends on time.

Payment and card on file

Balance is due at the ramp before launch. We keep a credit card on file as a pre-authorization for fuel top-off, late returns, or damage. The pre-auth is released after the rental.

Arrival time

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. This gives us time to complete the on-water orientation and PWC safety walkthrough. Rental time starts at your scheduled slot, not when you arrive.

Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your start time for a full deposit refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit unless we can rebook the slot.

Weather policy

If the National Weather Service forecasts thunderstorms, lightning, or unsafe wind for your time slot, you can reschedule for any open future date or receive a full deposit refund. We make the call together by phone the morning of your rental.

Late returns

Returns past your end time are billed at the hourly rate, prorated to the nearest 15 minutes. Stay aware of the time and head back to the ramp before your window closes.

Damage

Riders are responsible for damage caused during the rental. Minor cosmetic wear is expected. Major damage (impact, submersion, missing equipment) is billed to the card on file, less the deposit.

PWC orientation

Every renter must complete the on-water orientation before launch. We cover controls, no-wake zones, the kill switch lanyard, and what to do if you flip. The orientation takes about 15 minutes.

No drugs or alcohol

Operating a personal watercraft under the influence is a Tennessee state offense. Any sign of intoxication at the ramp ends the rental and forfeits the deposit.
